Welcome to Catholic Narcissistic Recovery – your haven for faith-based healing from toxic relationships. We started this because, like you, we have been victims of narc abuse, and through our own healing journeys, we identified a significant gap. Secular-based healing misses the critical component of God's love, which is the most powerful and perfect form of healing. Where else are we to learn perfect love if not from our heavenly Father? Additionally, many people don't understand the specifics of narcissistic abuse.
This is why we sought to create this community - to help you heal and pass along the pearls of knowledge we've collected over the years. We want you to learn the truth of healthy relationships. We want you to re-establish healthy boundaries. We want you to have joy-filled relationships because you deserve it!
We provide free and paid resources to help you find solace, strength, and spiritual empowerment. Guided by Catholic teachings and the healing grace of Jesus, we aim to restore your sense of worth and dignity as beloved children of God. We offer a safe space and a range of resources, both free and paid, to support individuals in their journey towards emotional renewal and spiritual empowerment, helping them reclaim their worth as beloved children of God and find hope amidst suffering.

Our vision is for individuals to go from surviving to thriving with abundant joy! We aim for all to embrace their dignity, turning sadness into joy, and praying for those who've caused harm. We aspire for all to experience the profound healing grace of Christ, embracing their inherent dignity, value, and worth. Through this vision, we foster a journey towards emotional liberation and spiritual enlightenment, guiding individuals towards a future filled with wholeness, compassion, and profound joy.
